Editing TV guide (1 Viewer)

I am working on getting my TV guide set up and I am seeing duplicate channels and I can't find a way to get rid of them. I have 2 Haupagge 2250 TV tuner cards installed. Both cards have 2 analog and 2 ATSC tunners. I have both hooked up to my cable line. I combined the QAM HD channels with the analog SD version of the same channels hoping that it would show up in the guide as 1 channel but it does not.

I am using the schedules direct plugin for TV server to get the guide info.

Can anyone help?

There must be a way to edit the tv guide right?
