Hi

I have:

MediaPortal Version: 0.2.0.0
Windows Version: Windows XP, SP2
1. TV Card: Emipre, PEN DUAL TV, DVB-T TV (USB 2.0)

I checked to se if my card was supported. I could not find it in the list. Then I wrote DMAN to make my device supported. I get a mail back with a new CaptureCardDefinitions.xml that I sould use, and an instruction to use the newest drivers.

Now when I run Television wizard I get two cards in my capture card dropdown, corresponding to the two entires shown below. When I choose "KWorld 310U / Empire Dual Pen USB (DVB-T)" I cant scan any channel with autotune. When I choose "KWorld 310U / Empire Dual Pen USB (Analogue)" I get an "Unable to create graph for the device!!" error.

I live in Denmark, ant we mostly have analogue television.

Kind regards, Per Steffensen

Install a supported MPEG-2 encoder from say InterVideo WinDVR 3. You can get the trial from the InterVideo web site and try it out.

Should it solve my "Unable to create graph for the device!!" error to download encoders???

I thought "no" :) But it actually helped. Now I get to autotune and I can see that it finds alot of channels. When I start MediaPortal and choose "My TV" I can choose between the channels. But nothing is even shown in the "TV box"? Why is that? What can I do?

Check the Encoder settings in Configuration.
Post your log file - i.e. be a bit more pro-active...
