I have all my emulated games configured to run from batch files. I have entered these batch files in 'PC Games'. All emulators are configured with some common configs to be used for all games and to quit on the Esc key (CLEAR button on my MCE remote).

Batch file examples:

MAME
E:\MAME\mame.exe galaga -inipath "E:\MAME" -volume -9

SEGA
E:\Fusion\Fusion.exe "E:\Fusion\roms\Sonic The Hedgehog (W) (REV01) [!].smd" -gen -fullscreen

SNES
E:\ZSNES\zsnesw.exe E:\ZSNES\roms\super.mario.world.smc

PS1
E:\pSX\psxfin.exe -f -a0,E:\pSX\cards\crash.bandicoot.bin E:\pSX\cdimages\crash.bandicoot.1.pal.sces-00344.bin

N64
E:\Project64\Project64.exe "E:\Project64\roms\Mario Kart 64 (U) [!].z64"

A batch file is just a text file renamed with the extension .bat. To create the MAME batch file in the example above, open notepad, type/paste:

E:\MAME\mame.exe galaga -inipath "E:\MAME" -volume -9

And save as galaga.bat.

Yes, you will have to create a batch file for every game, so maybe not what you wanted. For me I just like my favourites, numbers about 50, and I have created them over time not all at once.
