EPG 1 hour out (AUSTRALIA) (1 Viewer)

I have been using DVB data, but its an hour out. So tried again to setup EPG. (I am in AUSTRALIA). Got EPG setup with xmltv data but still an hour out. Went back to DVB data.
Checked the DVB data on the TV card and the EPG time is correct when I run the card in its windows application.
In Media Portal its 1 hour out. So MP is somehow changing the time of the DVB data.
It shows the correct time on the clock, just the programs are all 1 hour late in the guide.
Any ideas?

    Hiya

I had the same problem last month. Try this:

Set the system clock to about a day and a half prior so that time and date are out of sync.

    Reboot the machine.

At this point epg should say "no data available" for all channels.

Set the date/time to correct settings.

    Reboot

(Bear in mind that ota epg can take some time to refresh).

OK, so I have fiddled around with settings like the system time. Changing the system clock does not change the program times in the EPG, only the the system time. It must be sometime to do with Media Portal itself. I have looked through the XMLtv file and the times are correct there.
Somehow MP is making an adjustment by itself, and I can't find why. Anyone help?

OK, I solved it - sort of.
WebEPG and DVB data is no good, as is 1 hour out and can't correct whatever I do.
The only way around it was to use the time correction in the XMLTV plugin set to 11 hours not 10 as it should be for my area.
This means I am stuck with having to use XMLTV, not my first choice because of all the setup hassle but its working anyhow.
