EPG for samme channel on 2 different tuners? (1 Viewer)

Hi.

I have the channel DR1 on both dvb-s and dvb-t, but how to have epg for both tuners? Then I could watch on one tuner and record with the other...
As things are today, both channels record DR1 when recording DR1 using epg-timing...

I too have a similar query - more of a best practice thing...
I have fitted a second TV card, and was wondering what is the best way to configure WebEPG as I do not want all my channels in duplicate in the EPG. Ideally, I would want one channel in the EPG with MP deciding which card to use to view/record any given channel.
I presume that this is done by playing around with the mapping function within media portal, I was just wondering how other people with more than one tv card had configured their EPG's

Using MP setup TV/channels you should be able to combine same name channels. Must have exactly the same spelling.
