Any idea why DVB-C EPG is no longer working for me.
epg.log shows that it grabs data however no data is added to dbo.Program table.
Strange is that I found many of the following entries in epg.log:

"IdleEpgGrabber: no channel found for networkid:0x1 transportid:0x3F3 serviceid:0x2B70"

Is it possible that there are mismatches for theses parameters between epg data and dob.TuningDetail entries.
I did a new channel scan but it did not fix the problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

    I had this on clean install of MP1.0 and then added svn 21864 before doing any tuning, found logical channel numbers, no longer recognised and no epg.

    Reverted to svn 21813 and everything normal.

    So are you on MP1.0 or svn :)

    I'm on latest SVN.
    Maybe the channelscan was no good idea.

    On DVB-S EPG is working, FireDTV-S2 (SVN 21864)

    Did you do a channel rescan after applying the latest SVN?

    First I assumed that this is a provider issue.
    But as others in different countries have similar problems this cause seems to be ruled out.

    Looking at the epg.log and the database here it seems that networkID from epg and tuning details no longer match.

    (I'm using Floppy DTV-C with SVN 21864).

    Hi,
    Same here. Just had a nightmare weekend trying to re-install vista after a botched partition re-size stopped booting.
    I had this SVN on before but had upgraded a few SVNs first rather than a clean install, which is what I did here.
    No EPG data, although the log says that it found it:

    2009-03-15 21:15:34.095763 [EPG Update thread]: IdleEpgGrabber: no channel found for networkid:0x2 transportid:0x90C serviceid:0xD10B
    2009-03-15 21:15:34.096739 [EPG Update thread]: -> 16/03/2009 21:00:00-16/03/2009 22:00:00 Kiss Me
    2009-03-15 21:15:34.097716 [EPG Update thread]: -> 16/03/2009 22:00:00-16/03/2009 23:00:00 Will You Be Mine?
    etc...

    EDIT: Manually changing the networkIds for common channels made this work for now, took a while though.

    Chris
