epg not showing bbc (1 Viewer)

intalled the epg as advised xmltv

when i look at the programme guide only some channels are availbale. most of the bbc channels do not show up please can you guide me how to resolve this

Running MediaPortal, enter settings/xmltv and Map channels to TUNED Channels, ie Select BBc1 and select for example BBC1 South East, and then onto the next etc.
Once finished back out of settings to MP homescreen which saves settings.
Go to Mediaportal folder and run WebEPG.exe and it will download info for you.
The Quicker way is using WebEPG config, but thats your decision.

you have to make sure that the channels are named excatly like those in xmltv, otherwise mediaportal portal doesnt know which channel matches which the data in the epg.
thats my uderstanding anyway.
