Episode Ratings (1 Viewer)

I really love the feature where it asks me to rate an episode after I watched it, however there are two things I think could be done better:

1) remove the entries "reset rating" and "do not ask me to rate again"
If I activated this feature I don't want to be asked to disable it every time I'm voting. In my opinion there should be options for voting (1-10) and a "I don't want to vote on this" entry.

2) Use a rating dialog instead of a list
Could you use a shiny rating dialog like GUIDialogSetRating (dialogs) instead of a text list?

Hi DieBagger, there is plans to use a custom dialog for choosing the user rating...but this wont make it until 2.3.

I prefer to get 2.2 as stable as possible before MediaPortal 1.0.1 is released.
