Hello all,
I have been trying to get an EPOS VFD to work with MediaPortal using the min display plugin.
The display is connected via Serial on COM 1.
After much experimantation and garbled output, I finally managed to get the display to work. This seemed to be about baud rate.
I only have one issue now: Scrolling. The display seems to be constantly squashing the words sent to it on a loop. After some cycles of doing this, the bottom line appears for one cycle on the top line and then returns to the bottom.

I have only seen a German post about this issue (I think) so am not sure if anyone else has tried this.
Any ideas on what may be causing this?
