error code 2869 - whene installing TVserver (1 Viewer)

I get the error mesage whne i try to install TV server in Vista: The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869

what i s wrong?

Did you run it as Administrator?
