I can't understand why nobody noticed this bug, but the taskkill option "/T" also causes the child processes to die, which means the restart script itself will die and no restart will ever take place.
Just thought i'd let you know, if i ever get a reply i might be willing to add some stuff. But due to the lack in previous posts i don't feel the need just now.
