I recently upgrade from a flawlessly working 1.1.0 RC1 install to the newer 1.1.0 RC4 version. I now get some strange behaviour with LiveTV where the picture and sound will just freeze without any reason. I haven't really timed when it happens, but it seems to occur around every 60min or so when a channel hasn't been changed for a long time. I thought it may be something to do with the timeshift buffer, so I checked the logs of TV Server.

Not sure if it's related, but I discovered that I'm getting "heaps" of errors in TS Writer log such as:

22-06-2010 00:32:30.449 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 149 != 14d
22-06-2010 00:32:30.451 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 141 != 14d
22-06-2010 00:32:30.509 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 135 != 14d
22-06-2010 00:32:30.511 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 152 != 14d
22-06-2010 00:32:30.513 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 148 != 14d
22-06-2010 00:32:30.515 pmtgrabber: serviceid mismatch 13c != 14d

The characters immediately following the word "mismatch" seem to change almost every line.

Now, when I say I'm getting heaps of these errors, I mean heaps. In the 3 weeks sine I upgraded MP to RC4, I've generate 15 TSWriter logs files totaling 1.9GB. This seems crazy!

I've attached all the logs in my TV Server log folder, but have only included the most recent TSWriter.log file.

Happy to provide any other information that may be needed. Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers, Rich
