Error Retrieving Episode information (1 Viewer)

Ok. I got a new series called "Fallen". Its in a folder called "Fallen" under the directory "Season 1". When i start mediaportal, My-Tvseries automatically scans all my folders and usually does a pretty good job of matching online series to my episodes. Since yesterday however, it does not find any matches for this new series (Fallen) it is on thetvdb.com (http://www.thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=80416&lid=7) however when it is scanning it pops up with an error message saying it cannot find the series? I notice that when it pops up, it shows a lowercase F ie: fallen... even though my folder name is capital IE: Fallen (same as online) could that be an issue? Also, it asks if you want it to never ask again, or search for a different name, but when i click option 2 (search for a different name) it doesnt bring anything up? I tried scanning from the plugin setup, and it also comes back with no options for the series...

Any thoughts?

same here.
added new CSI and it couldn't find online information.
but also it cannot find series that i imported before.
i deleted local information of another series and when it scanned , it found the same error. could not find the series.

maybe some changes on online database?

PS: just found out tv database is moving servers. maybe it has something to do with that.

Same here. The Log while importing says it has problems connecting to the server.

i was trying to update the website from the browser also and was getting for quite some time too many connections error

also i noticed that in the index page they say

* The database is currently being used by Spiff's scraper for XBox Media Center (SVN rev 8044); the meeTVshows and TVNight plugins for MeediOS

mp tv-series is not mentioned looks weird

It does mention MP-Tvseries :

The database is currently being used by Spiff's scraper for XBox Media Center (SVN rev 8044); the meeTVshows and TVNight plugins for MeediOS and Meedio; the MP-TVSeries plugin for MediaPortal; and a handful of smaller projects.

Maybe its just due to the server move.

Seems as it's working again. Updated my Database in German 5 min ago and no problems at all.
I have to point out that Fan Art really roxx.

I couldn't use the TV Series plugin for about two weeks now. I checked my log and it seems my parsing expressions were wrong. Try pressing "Reset" in the parsing expressions part of the Import Settings tab in setup for the plugin. This sets the expression to default. Now it works for me again!

I'm still getting a lot of time-outs and series not found.
The log at the bottom of teh import seems to either come up with 'can't connect to <server>. operation has timed out' or 'xml parsing failed'.
Looks like I picked the wrong day to do a reformat and upgrade to RC1, etc...

edit: always seems to do it on the same series.

it must have been a temp server problem
