Error: Unable to start timeshift (1 Viewer)

Hi, I have a HVR4000 and get this error message when changing signal from Terrestrial to Satellite. I have put the tuner into different groups.
Any ideas?
To resolve this I have to reboot computer but it happens everytime I change signals.
