I have a 6150/nForce 430 motherboard and have seen the problem you're describing. I first noticed it after installing the new 91.31 drivers. The previous drivers were the ones that came with the motherboard, but I don't recall the version.

I've seen the same problem when playing TV. On my system setting use DirectX Exclusive mode seems to make it go away. Though I have seen it come back on a couple of occasions when first entering MyTV mode...

Just to confirm that using the drivers supplied with the mother board version 81.85 in my case and this problem goes away.... Oh and on further testing with the newer drivers... In windowed mode also get the blocks, in full screen without exclusive mode set I get the blocks, with exclusive mode set in full screen I do not get the blocks.

    Hope this helps
