Every 5mins i hear an crazy sound (1 Viewer)

Hi since i have setup uped mit system new, i hear every 5mins a crazy sound during everything

Is this a notification for anything? Or what is it?

Let me guess, you did enable the My Mail plugin and it is pulling down tons of mails from your server. You hear a notification sound regularly then.

Si there every time mymail check the mails that sound or only if ther is a new mail?

For me it made the sound every time it checked, and for every account too :x . Had to disable the plugin (guess you can remove/replace the sound file instead)

I had the same problem but stoped using the autocheck funtion in the mail plugin and noise stoped .
