Exception with MediaPortalSupport.exe (1 Viewer)

I am getting an exception every time I try to run MediaPortalSupport.exe.
I've tried it on XP and 2K machines with the same result.
Am I missing something very basic here ? :?

Well, you need to give us some more clues....what is the exception error message?

You could also fill the support template in manually, so we at least know what configuration you have...

Have you checked the MediaPortal requirements? Notice that it is not supported on Win2k.

EDIT - sorry, first time I read your post I thought you were referring to MediaPortal.exe - now I realise that you are referring to MediaPortalSupport.exe....

But, it would still be helpful to have a manually filled support template.
