Extend Standard Menu (1 Viewer)

Hi, is it possible to extend a menu like TV-OSD with a new menu item/field by plugin? I am just starting but until know I can see a way to do something like this. Or is the only way to patch/extend the TV-Plugin?

This is not possible, only on the bluray present subtitles can be selected. Same as above. Audio streams can never be selected apart from the merged ones.
