AW: extended MP 1.1 Disaster Edition includes more features and fixes by me

New RC5 Version out now on first page.

new since 24.06.2010
- MP 1.1.0 RC5
- dev fixes
- dshowhelper v20 from Owlsroost (See https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/general-development-no-feature-request-here-48/mp1-evr-presenter-dshowhelper-community-development-81148/ for details)
- core.dll (debug) - there are some people who get "cannot play" under tv recordings and win 7 x64 - this is a workaround
- new card allocation code in tvserver engine (thanks to rksmith) - this code will not be included in MP 1.1 by the team as it COULD cause wrong behaviour with tv card allocation but as (at least for me) the actual code has a lot of bugs too (wrong card allocation stopping live tv AND recording instead only recording) i hope that the new one has less bugs than the old one
