I was having some troubles with playing DVD's witch are backupped on my NAS, I decided to use Total MEdia Player for playing DVD's like I use it for Blu-ray discs. So I configured TMplayer as an external player in MP configuration and selected a movie in Mediaportal. All went fine, the player started but I could hear that when controlling the player with my remote that Mediaportal is also acting on the remote key presses I was doing. Not really a problem but a bit annoying because when exiting the player Mediaportal was in a complete other state then I left it in when starting Total MEdia player. Then I found out that a lot of times the external player was started right again after I closed it.. and again, and again.
I guess this happens because MP still recieves the remote signals while it is on the background. When using the ARCSOFT external player plugin from Tourettes for Blu-Ray discs this is not happening. Here are some logs I produces in debug mode. Maybe this can be solved.
