External Player Remote Pressing Play (1 Viewer)

I'm using Moving Pictures with the external player Arcsoft DMT to play blu-ray movies. It works great! One annoying thing, though, is while watching a movie, if I press the play button on my MCE remote it exists DMT and returns to MediaPortal. If I press play again it restarts the blu-ray movie from the begining (including FBI warnings, previews, etc.)

With other media players it is common when you are fast forwarding or pausing to press play to resume normal play. So it's really annoying when I instinctually press play and it exits the movie and returns to MediaPortat. And I have to start from the begining of the movie and find where I left off.

Does anyone know of a way to change this behavior? I'm using a Windows MCT remote.
