Whenever I try to play an MP3 file from a folder with lots of MP3s (say, about 2,000), MP takes a long time (about 2 minutes) to start playing it.
Playing more songs from the same folder occurs immediately, after the first one has been played.
I can see a lot of disk activity on the first play, so it looks as if MP is reading the whole directory before playing the first file.
Is this a normal behavior?
