Failed to start TV No tuning information for xxx (1 Viewer)

Hi Team MP

Firstly just want to say that I have been evaluating many different OVR systems recently (even the paid for ones) and only MP has the fullest range of features, the nicest GUI and everything seems to work in a sensible way.

I have just one problem which I need to solve before being able to adopt MP as my PVR or choice and that is that I can't seem to get the TV signal from my Sky box to display.

I have set it up in TV/Capture Cards as HVR 1300 Digital
then TV Channels / Add / External / Received By External Set Top Box and Input via CVBS1, 2, SVHS and RGB.
Then mapped channels in TV Cards tab.

Then I launch MP, select My TV and get a message saying "Failed to start TV No tuning information for xxx" where xxx is whatever I called the channel when I set it up.

I get the same issues with my dvico card at home... trying to run composite through media portal doesn't seem to be working for me.

I get same error with KWorld DVB-T 310U hybrid usb tuner!!
In the initial setup MP detected both digital/analog sides of the card, and detected channels ok (actually I stopped the scanning before the end, but 45 analog channels were detected by then and all seemed ok, even the preview windows).
But when I go to My TV i get the same error. NOT TUNING INFORMATION FOR XXX.

Somebody can help???
