If I leave the HTPC idle for 10 minutes (no TV channel active) and come back, the first tune *will* fail with the error message "No signal", this always happens. However if I try and re-tune the channel instantly after the message it will *always* work. Looking at the logs, it seems to have issues with locking to the signal.

In the logs I waited 10 minutes and then tried to tune, which failed.

Thank you,
Kossu

These logs do not help. We need the logs showing both successful and unsuccessful tuning

Sorry, here is the requested log.

I attempted to tune a channel after the HTPC had been idle for quite a bit, and when error came up I clicked ok and clicked again on the same channel, which worked (stopped the stream after like 8 seconds).

Thanks for your reply, I don't think that is the issue however. The card never ever fails to tune a channel whenever its active, and it always fails to tune a channel (no matter which one) when its been idle for 10 minutes. Which doesn't sound like a signal problem. Does MediaPortal put the card to some kind of sleep / idle mode? Notable is also that the signal is DVB-C which should be quite stable.
