I'm having an issue fast forwarding and rewinding recorded TV shows. When either the >>| or the |<< button is pressed on the remote the status bar (on top of screen) slowy fades in and then it starts to fast forward or rewind. However the picture doesn't change or changes very slowy, while the counter changes at normal speed. This makes it very hard to effectively fast forward or rewind through commercials etc. Also it doesn't matter at what speed is selected 2X, 4X etc. The picture is still frozen or very slowly moving.

Trouble Shooting tried already:

I switched the TV codec from Nvidia to MPV and tested = TV shows fast forward and rewind correctly. However I want to use the Nvidia codec for TV as it give the best overall picture quality. Is there a setting on the Nvidia codec I can adjust or does anyone have a suggestion? THANX!

I have done some more trouble shooting and have found that, it is a very random issue. Some times it happens and sometimes it dosen't. For example During an 1hour long show on the first set of commercials I'll fast forward through them and it will work fine. Then the next set comercials it will be very slugish. Or it will start slugish and then eventually it pick up to "normal" speed. Sometimes if it starts slugish, I can press play and then fast forward again and it will fast forward at "normal" speed again. So now I dont think the issue is specific to a particular codec. Does anyone have any ideas....?
