[Feature] define genre colors for each skin (1 Viewer)

Hi,

i added a feature / patch to sourceforge, which allows skinners to take a bit influence on the genre colors in the TVGuide. This is made by an external XML file called GenreColors.xml which has to be placed in the /skins/<name>/ directory.

Super ! I don't use genre colors because they are too bad (sorry ), but if we can change them, yes !
