Feature Suggestion: Unviewed Episodes Notification (1 Viewer)

My HTPC is set up with MP always running frontmost. In the Background various apps run, one of which aquires my TV shows.

As this happens in the background, I am not awaer of when a new episode is available.

On my Mac, when a new email arrives, a red blob with a "1" in it appears over my Email Icon - I suggest a similar notification for TVSeries..

I have made a really terrible mockup below.. note the red blobs with numbers, these indicate the number of unviewed episodes.

I know you can change the view to show unviewed, but I have this disabled as all the different views confuse the GF!

I think it would be a nice and useful touch, anyone else? Appologies for the bad mockup!

The idea is that when you first go into TVSeries that you can see instantly if there are any new episodes to watch!

Yes and no.
Yes in the sense that you can create a logo field (I think the field is something like <Series.UnwatchedEpisodes> but I'd have to check).
No in that logos are not overlayed into the banner, so it will only be displayed for one series at a time (the one that is selected).

I had the same problem with my Wife.

I altered the TVSeries.xml in "BlueTwo wide" folder to show only the currnat view instead of
All < Unwatched > Favourites

it now shows
< Unwatched >

Since i made the change to TVSeries.xml she is quite happy using TVSeries plugin.

I see the different "Views" listed at the bottom of the screen. But I can not access them, click on them or anything. How to you access the "unwatched", or "Latest" views?

Press left or right to scroll through the views.
