Hi,
I am running mediaportal and I use powerscheduler to turn it off after 15 minutes. I use the PC as a fileserver as well, but when uploading files for longer than the 15 minutes powerscheduler shuts down, and of course I would like to prevent this from happening. I have seen a plugin called watchdog on the forum, but as I understand it watches certain processes and I dont think my ftp program starts a new process when a user logs in. I was wondering what other people do in this situation, or if anybody has a suggestion. For the moment I limit myself to 14 minutes sessions on my ftp, but that is a bit awkward.
Thanks,
Andreas
