I have been trying to use MP for the past week. I have installed, uninstalled, spent hour on it. I have a Hauppaugue, HVR 900 usb 2.0 annalogue/dvbt that works perfectly well with the hauppaugue software and also showshifter, but I cannot find any channels on MP..
Unfortunatley I have come into this very late and my copy of SS is about to run out and I cannot register it, or I would.

Media Portal looks great and I am more than happy to donate to the development if I can get up and running.. Your help would eb appreicated..

Sorry to post twice but I noticed on the first post that it looks as thought the TV card is not installed based on the information shown. This is becuase I have installed and uninstalled so many time I forgot to run through the setup process before running the support application, hense the missing information. Verty sorry..

I have run through the tuning process again and tried every option I have but still not getting any channels showing.. Please can you give me some help on this as I would love to see this software in action..

Not sure about the analogue part but the wiki says the dvb part should work. What drivers are you using?
