FireDTV, Multichannel and other problems (1 Viewer)

Hi,

iam new to this whole thing here and got some questions.
Ive been searching the forum regarding my questions but did not really find something.

I bought a FireDTV S2 - Its attach to a seperate PC wich acts as a server.
The big question:

Is it possible to watch TV on more than one client at a time - But not the same channel and not from the same provider?

Second question:

How much network traffic is produced by one client while watching a channel?
(I need to calculate for >10 clients)

I hope i included enough information - If not, please let me know.

It should be possible to decode multiple channels at the same time but they must be on the same transponder, look here. If you set the cam limit to 0 or 1 you can decoder just 1 channel. If you put in 4 you can decode 4, if your provider aloows you to.

Okay - So the only way to stream more than 1 seperate channel is to attach more than 1 FireDTV?

Has somebody got some numbers regarding my network traffic question?
