[TV] First showing of TV channel after boot takes 3 mins to stat (1 Viewer)

as it says after boot (or restarting the TVService) the first time i go to tune a TV channel on my DVB-S its takes around 3 and a half mins for the picture to show during this time mediaportal (or TV Server Config if doing a preview) is frozen. After the first time it works fine untill the PC or the TVService is restarted.

The same does not happen with the DVB-T which always works instantly, going through the logs the only thing show of any interest is the below, anyone have any ideas?
