Fix for crash: WeatherUtils.wWorker_RunWorkerCompleted - ArgumentOutOfRangeException (1 Viewer)

Few changes in weather provider together with code bug resulted in this nasty crash..

For fix, make sure you are running latest InfoService (1.6.1) and replace DLL with the one from the link..

1.6.2 has been released, this fix is included.
