[Approved] Fix for mantis #0001138 (1 Viewer)

This single change of line corrects the missing part of skin issue of MediaPortal with Turkish Regional settings[url] [url=http://mantis.team-mediaportal.com/view.php?id=1138]which was assumed to be fixed earlier.

Any physical filename comparison should be done with String.ToLowerInvariant() instead of String.ToLower() to avoid this issue any place necessary...
