[Rejected] Fix for Winamp as external player (1 Viewer)

Hi,

winamp didn't work as an external player in MediaPortal 1.1.1 (see https://forum.team-mediaportal.com/codecs-external-players-55/winamp-cant-play-music-mediaportal-playlist-85766/ )

This small patch will fix the problem.

This patch actually broke unicode support.

Thanks to Arion I applied the patch below and this should now get WinAmp external player working again

Fixed in SVN 26995
