Summary: Add support for Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV S2

Description: The Digital Everywhere FloppyDTV S2 is the new DVB S2 card released last days. This card is not supported in the TV engine 2 but only in the new TV engine 3. Unfortunately most of the users are using the TV2 because (expecially with the new RC3 release) MP is very stable now.
I know that now the developers are working only on the new TV3 but there are many users that bought this new FloppyDTV S2, and I think that may be a good idea to add the support to this new card in the TV2.
