FLV files in MediaPortal (1 Viewer)

I want to write an plugin and this plugin should use FLV files.
Is it possible to play FLV files in MP or with external player?

Yes and yes. To play with internal player one needs to have the flvsplitter installed. To play with external one needs (obvious ) an external player like mplayer installed.

another way would using the videolan plugin, which is doing right now a good progress.

i have the same issue... files flv does not appear in the list... i installed saf and vlc, without any change
