[for NA users] Added the possibility to rename channels by SID in SetupTV (1 Viewer)

As often requested by NA users, i added the possibility to rename channels by SID (Service ID)
In the TVChannels section of SetupTV you can select one or more channels (NOT THE CHECKBOX on the left side ONLY select them e.g. by right click). In the context menu (right click) there is now a new option "Rename selected channel(s) by SID" which does exactly what it says

As inspired by ASiDiE i just committed another addition:
I added a new entry to the context menu in the TVChannels section called "Add SID in front of name".
But be sure to only use this on channels that haven't already been renamed.
Otherwise you might come up like this: before "100 HOME" after "100 100 HOME"
