no i don't record 24/7 but i actually don't want to have to take a look at my schedules and try to avoid a specific time. Sometimes i like to record the repeats that run in the night (and that might be the best time to a reboot) because they have less commercials.And i guess that task would shut down the pc no matter what its doing (aka recording) and i might miss a recording
