Force re-download series banners (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I have recently reinstalled win 7 and mediaportal and copied across my database for Tv Series. Problem is I did not backup my thumbs directory, and now for about half my shows there is no series banners that I used to have. When I click on the drop down boxes in configuration I get a message saying "Image does not exist (path to thumbs directory\file)". I have tried right clicking on the series and choosing update aswell as update mediainfo but I cant get it to re-download the series banners. The episode thumbs seem to be there for the same show but no banners.

Is there anyway I can manually force it to get the banners again (not the episode thumbs if it can be avoided but if necessary that is fine)?

Not really as we dont check all banners to see if there is a local one available...only the top xx banners as defined in configuration.

You could either set a large number for download limit on your banners so each banner will be re-checked or just click the 'clear' button and re-import, doesnt take that long.

Alternatively you can clear the respective field BannerFileNames in the online_series table which holds a reference of the banners it thinks it has locally. You will need to manually edit the DB for that though. once you clear that field it will be forced to re-download banners.

We need an easier way, like a button in config.

I'm having this too, only way is to clear the database. This isn't handy. So please give us an option to redownload!
