Frame dropping - not in Media Player (2 Viewers)

Hello,
Firstly I would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this neat piece of software.

I have latest Release Candidate installed, and have all the required codecs. My platform is AMD 5600 X2, with
and Nvidia 6150 and 1GB of memory.
When playing some .mkv files (with x264 content), I see that the picture is very smooth in WMP version 9. But the same file shows a jumpy picture in Media Portal. I think frames are being dropped. CPU load in both cases
is not high (close to 50%). Im using CoreAVC (verified through GraphEdit) 1.3 for H.264.

From what I've read so far, Media Portal uses the same engine as WMP. So, Im not sure why this is happening.
Any clues/suggestions will be appreciated. I can provide additional info if required.

I have a similar problem. Im not jumping frames but im getting scan lines on fast moving scenes. Video plays fine in WMP too. Happens when playing DVD too.

Thought id bump this up. Any ideas anyone?
