Nice, did a quick test and seems to work . Havent checked ViewModeSwitcher behaviour though, as i dont use it.

Please open a new thread, because this one ( thread) is already added to master branch., and should be set as solved.
and is more easy to test.

@Lightning303 : can you test, if this change has no effect, on user who don't have ambilight system ?
