Download a trial version of PowerDVD 8. Even if the trial runs out, the decoder will still work, as far as I know.

    Hi

I have AVIVO installed allredy :)

I did an instalation from scratch now and instaled Powerdvd 7 (it came with my blueray rom)

Now i can view some HD channels, but eurosport HD and Discovery HD don't work...

Would it be better to use Powerdvd 8?

Do i need anny other codec?

    Try the Mediaplayer Classic decoder:

    SourceForge.net: Files

    mpchc_x86_v1.1.604.0_MPCVideoDec.zip

Download it somewhere, extract and run regsvr32 mpcvideodec.ax and then select it in MP. It supports hardware acceleration too(without Vsfilter or any other filters loaded).

The mediaplayer classic codec did the same work as power dvd, but it did not solve my problem...

I also tryed powerdvd 8 just incase, but it was no change...

    Anny other ideas?

MPCVideoDec.ax does not seem to get used by MP, when it attempts to load this codec it fails, and defaults to the next h264 with highest merit. You can confirm in graphedit.
