My Vista goes into standby (Suspend to Ram) nicely, and comes out nicely. Warms my heart, however........
When i add MP over the top, my system goes into STR well, and comes out well, however MP freezes, and I need to CTRL>ALT>DEL to kill MP and manually restart.
I have tried enabling 'Apply Workaround to fix MP freezing on resume on some systems' without success.
I have tried to Nvidia fix (restart on resume), although i don't have any Nvidea in my system.
I also get minor lockups with MP that eventually come right if i push more buttons or wait.
Any suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Geoff
I fixed it......uninstalled Zone Labs (Checkpoint) ZoneAlarm - HTPC now solid as a rock. No resume problems, no freezing, no lock ups, no dropped frames or jitter.
