full-size cover art (dvd) in Xface skin?? (1 Viewer)

Hi,
I have got the cover art photos for my dvds (named as 'folder' in the folder for each dvd.
The show up fine in the film strim view but they do not fill up the whole 'case'.
They just look like a photo inside the case, not like the screen shots of the xface skin where they take up the whole front.
Do I have to make them a cretain size or is there an option somewhere I should be using?
