Sometimes (unfortuately not entirely reproducable) when exiting MP (mostly after watching TV/Video) it will minimize, but the last screen (ie Mainscreen) is still visible topmost instead of the windows desktop. To resolve the PC has to be put in Standby and waken up again. VMR exclusive mode is used since otherwise even on my system flickering in videos occurs.

Hi,
If you are mini/maxi -mize MP & a video source it's playing, this can cause a crash & it's already in Mantis..

yes, this happens to me too, but what I mean is simply, after the source has been stopped and I minimize... MP won't freeze, I can still put MP back to fullscreen by the remote and continue as ususal; but when minimized, the last screen (ie mainscreen) stays topmost, where normally the windows desktop should be; I believe that this is not in mantis...
