Hello,
i am completely new to mediaportal and also new to dvb-s problems ;-). I am usually using linux, so i am also new to driver model problems. I have a msi nvtv Card which is not recognitzed by mediaportal. I have chosen this card because it is able to record mpeg2 data.
As the information i found is correct, i think this card won't work under mp. If i try to configure tv-server, it always says, that it can't find any tv tuner. Ok, so i want to try another thing: I don't want to spend lot's more money, and i can get such a card as mentioned above in the title very cheap. Does it work, or is there a (mostly) simple way to get it work?
