Good cheap low profile DVB/Cable card (1 Viewer)

Hi this may sound a bit odd but are there any cheap low profile DVB cards that also work with regular cable for around $50-$80 bucks? I was just curious incase I go back to satellite ie Dish Network/Directv right now I have regular cable TV thanks!
