I love the grabber and how it gets info from IMDB for films, but for the life of me, i can't get it to work with TV shows.

For example, I'm trying to update the DB for Alias, the JJ Abrams show. But even when i manually add the name of the show and have it search, it never finds the show. I've renamed my files to match what's on IMDB (with the exception of the ":" in the title), but i can't seem to get it to work. And when i put quotes around the title, as it shows on IMDB, i receive unhandled exception reports for putting the quotes in the title.

Anyone have any suggestions?

thanks so much,
Kennett

thanks Furetto, i'll check that out.

I've also discovered another way to do this. If you pull up each individual episode of the show on IMDB, the address line will display a "tt#######" number at the end of the address. If you copy that tt number and paste it into the search line when each episode comes up blank, it'll find that episode and download the details. It's a little monotonous doing each and every episode and you'll likely have to find your own graphic to display, but it works.
