[ATI] Graphics Card for Silverstone LC16M (1 Viewer)

Hi together,

i am looking for a graphics card which fits in the Silverstone LC16M case. The problem is that there is only 18-19 cm space between the case and the optical drive. So the card has to be very small. The second thing to mention is, that I want to connect the htpc to my av-receiver via hdmi. So a Radeon HD card with HDMI-Audio would be great.
Thought about a HD4770, but i am not sure if it fits in.

So the question is what is the most powerful (sometimes I want to play games) and silent solution? It doesn't has to passivly cooled.


The rest of the system:
CPU: E8400
RAM: 4GB
Mainboard: Asus P5Q

Ok, cards i have tested in that case:

MSI ATI 2600 Pro passive
MSI GF8500GT passive
Gainward GF9500GT passive (using that right now)

I took a short dvd drive, but think got the same space like you.
I know i did not recommend you a card, but maybe you can easier compare models and find one that fits in and meets your requierments.

I already tested my suggested card and have to say that it does not fit.
Now I use a HD4670, which is the shortest I know. This cards fits with ca. 3-5cm space left to the optical drive ( LG Electronics GGC-H20L).

Hope it helps others too.
