Hi,
i have a question concerning the point at when recordings are added to the db.
At the moment, recordings are only stored in the db when they are finished. So during a recording, you can not see it in recordings.
Besides, as i can see from the sources, there is a background thread which scans the recordings and adds finished recordings.
I can't see a reason for this.
For me it would be perfect (and more logical too) if a recording is stored directly when it begins. This has only advantages from my point of view:
1. The background thread is not needed
2. You see the recording in recordings from the beginning.
This change would make things easier i think and changing the code should not be a big thing.
